Defendant was charged with possession of marijuana for sale. (Health & Saf. Code, § 11530.5.) His motions to dismiss the information (Pen. Code, § 995) and to suppress the evidence on the ground of illegal search and seizure (Pen. Code, § 1538.5) were denied, and he entered a plea of guilty. The court placed him on probation for a period of three years on the condition that he serve 60 days in the county jail. Defendant appeals from the order denying the motion to suppress the evidence and from the order granting probation.*fn1
